At a time where the world is polarized over social, economic, and political issues, this campaign shows that children don't see color, religion, gender, race or background. All they see is a potential friend.

To celebrate International Children’s Day, with a global relaunch during the summer, ZIPPY, a kid's clothing brand, present in 40 countries, managed to get together a very special group of kids. Their names, together, should make up the lyrics to “Lean on me”, by Bill Withers.

After several months of worldwide casting research they managed to get together, in London, for one day, 49 kids from: China, Brazil, India, Russia, Great Britain, Italy, Israel, Australia, Germany, Angola, among many others.

The campaign aims to convey the idea that we make sense together, despite our differences reinforcing its vision of inclusion, friendship and togetherness. We are all born free of preconceptions. When we’re kids we don’t see colour, religion or background.

All we see is a potential friend.

Film making of

The campaign was born from a collaboration between This is Pacifica Design Studio, and Stream and Tough Guy Advertising Agency. Production was at the care of Playground and the film was directed by Cristiana Miranda.
